The Live Like Lou Foundation matches ALS families across North America with volunteers from Phi Delta Theta Fraternity and our growing community of supporters to provide occasional indoor/outdoor project support.

Upon completion of this form, we will reach out and let you know if there is a family in your area requesting assistance. If there is we will connect you and the family via email which includes contact information and project details.

The volunteer relationship is to be managed by the volunteer and the family. You may cancel your relationship at any time. If questions or concerns arise, please email Live Like Lou at info@livelikelou.org.

Volunteers who serve ALS families through this program are allowed to provide indoor and outdoor support, such as yard or garage clean-up, painting, cleaning windows, or other agreed-upon chores.

The Live Like Lou Foundation strictly prohibits volunteers from any form of 1) direct physical contact, 2) medical equipment/supply handling, 3) unsupervised interaction with patients or members of their household, 4) transportation with patients or members of the household, and 5) raising of funds for specific family financial needs during their volunteer activities.

Volunteers should only agree to support families in a manner that is mutually convenient, and only commit to visits that are reasonable in scope, duration and effort for the volunteers.
